Cardiff riots: police attacked and cars set alight after teenagers die in crash
Social media rumours of a chase sparked riots, says commissioner

Cars were set alight and objects hurled at police as up to 150 youths rioted after the deaths of two teenagers in a traffic accident.
Officers in riot gear were met with “large-scale disorder” after the collision in the Cardiff suburb of Ely at about 6pm yesterday.
The violence started after an accident involving two teenagers on an off-road bike or scooter who died, according to police.
