I feel like we are on the cusp of a sexual revolution and that women are no longer embarrassed to be talking about sex or sex toys. There are wonderful celebrities who have completely normalised this: Lily Allen famously co-designed her own vibrator.
We’re now all discussing sex toys, or vibrators, or ways that we can enjoy sex together in a much more open way. This isn’t to say that I’m promoting sleeping with thousands of people — I’m just saying that, for women, this is quite a new and refreshing concept.
We are all really being given permission to now enjoy sex, whereas we were previously always told to just put up and shut up. This is a revolution, as far as I’m concerned.
